Copyright Policy
The entire contents of the Journal of Drug Vigilance and Alternative Therapies (JDVAT) are protected under Indian and International copyrights. The Journal, however, grants to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, perform and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any reasonable non-commercial purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship and ownership of the rights under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 4.0 Unported License.
The authors should grant JDVAT an exclusive, unrestricted permission to publish the approved articles in any medium (print, electronic, or otherwise) indefinitely. The writers should sign a statement agreeing to the transfer of copyright. The author(s) of the article shall be the only author(s) and have full ability to enter into agreements and assign rights to JDVAT without violating any other obligations. The integrity of the article and related works shall be ensured by the author(s). Authors must verify that submitting their paper to the JDVAT will not result in a breach of contract, confidence, or confidentiality pledge.
